Liz’s Live Auction Package: Coming soon!

Occupation/Employer: Kindergarten teacher

Hometown: Farmington, CT

Friends call me: Liz or Lizzie

Reality show I’m most likely to win: Family Feud or Wipeout

I’m most likely to make the evening news for: Witnessing something unusual and awkwardly having to be the one to describe it.

One book I could read over and over: The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. I read it to my class every year. I always read a few “adult” books each year, but I have yet to find one I really love.

First thing I do in the morning: Ask myself if it’s really time to get up.

Celebrity most likely to play me in a movie about my life: I’ve been told I look like Danica Patrick, but I think Natalie Portman would do a great job!

Song that always makes me dance: Anything with a good beat, I’m not picky.

No one would ever believe I once: Rode a camel in the Sahara Desert.

Most valuable possession: I don’t own them…but my family, the photographs along the way, and the memories I’ve created. I don’t own many things that cost very much.

Favorite local restaurant: Dandelion Market or Good Food on Montford. I will eat anything tapas style!

TV show I never miss: This is Us and Game of Thrones

I knew I was a grown-up when: I honestly don’t know if I’m a grown up. I just go with the flow and hope it turns out alright.

Most likely to be found at this local hang-out: I’m new to the area so I’m trying to figure that out!

I can’t get enough of this guilty pleasure: Pedicures

Three things on my bucket list: Go to Italy and Greece, Scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef, and buy a house

My greatest lifetime accomplishment, so far: Learning to be happy in my own skin. Pushing myself to face my own fears

If I could choose to be given one super power, it would be: to swim under water for as long as I wanted.

Favorite movie moment: Can’t pick a single one. I love any movie where the underdog has a come back.

It’s annoying how good I am at: Organization
